Manisha Gudka is a Certified Family Business Advisor, Professional Director, International Speaker and Founder, Sapientia Family Office Solutions.  

Manisha has rich extensive experience of 20+ years in investment management, strategy, family office set up and management, investment banking, legal & compliance, family philanthropy and consulting in 13 different industries including fin tech, consumer tech, healthcare, sports, media & entertainment, BFSI, consumer products, logistics infrastructure and industrial products. She has worked with organisations such as Ernst Young, IIFL Wealth, SUN Group and SUN F&C Mutual Fund. 

At SapientiaFamily Office Solutions, she works with HNIs, multi-generational family businesses and entrepreneurs on a wide range of assignments from wealth creation to wealth management & transition including business growth, transformation, turnaround, strategy, succession planning, estate planning, family governance and investments. 

Interestingly, she has managed private investments for a most illustrious global sportsperson’s family and also counts multi-generational family businesses, entrepreneurs and some of the top global professionals with financial interests in multiple countries, as her clients. Sapientia Family Office Solutions has global alliance partners in UK, Middle East, Europe, South East Asia and India.

Manisha is a Company Secretary, an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and is currently pursuing doctorate in Family Business. She is a visiting faculty for Family Business & Entrepreneurship at eminent institutions. Manisha is married into a family of highly qualified professionals in diverse areas of professional practice and is based in Mumbai.
